Who you're agreeing with
These terms are an agreement between you and Grant Pennington, operating as a sole proprietor under the name QuoteFast Pro ("we", "us"), the operator of the QuoteFast Pro service. Payments are processed by Paddle as described under Billing below.
Using QuoteFast
By creating an account you agree to these terms. QuoteFast lets you build quotes and share them with your clients as a link. One account represents one business. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the quotes, business details and client information you put into QuoteFast. You grant us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You agree not to enter unlawful content, and to have the right to enter your clients' details.
Our service
The QuoteFast platform — including its software, design, features and branding — is owned by Grant Pennington and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.
Plans and limits
The Free plan allows 3 quotes to be sent per calendar month and uses a plain neutral quote template. Starter ($15/month or $150/year) allows 15 quotes per month and custom branding. Pro ($39/month or $390/year) allows unlimited quotes and custom branding. Paid-plan limits reset at the start of each billing period; Free limits reset each calendar month. We may change plans and pricing, and will give notice of changes affecting an active subscription.
Billing
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, applicable taxes and refunds, and their terms apply to the transaction. Paid plans renew monthly or annually, according to your choice, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked in your settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy; refund requests are processed by Paddle.
Quotes are between you and your client
QuoteFast records that a client typed their name and accepted a quote at a given time. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your client, and we do not guarantee that an acceptance recorded here is legally binding in your jurisdiction. Pricing, tax rates and terms on your quotes are yours to set and check.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Keep your own records of quotes that matter to your business.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully. We will make reasonable efforts to let you retrieve your data first.
