Grant Pennington, operating as QuoteFast Pro, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Starter and Pro). If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order or renewal date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or email quotefastpro@gmail.com and we'll help you submit the request. Requests are usually processed within a few business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal linked in your settings; your access continues until the end of the paid period and you won't be charged again. Cancelling doesn't by itself trigger a refund — use the 30-day guarantee above if you want your money back.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under consumer protection law in your country. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for all purchases and handles payment, invoicing, applicable taxes and refunds.
